We get a lot of questions about what is included in our Full Planning Level Package, our All-Inclusive Package.
We wanted to take a minute to share the dream behind this package and everything it consists of.
Our All-Inclusive Package is for the bride who wants to have every single detail taken care of – it’s a stress free wedding planning experience! The couple, family and friends can just show up the day of the wedding and everything will be magically done. As we have coordinated weddings the past 2 decades we noticed a trend of unnecessarily overly stressed brides and we wanted to come up with a way to help. So the All-Inclusive Package was born!
This is not a generic package that looks the same for every wedding. You'll typically have two consultations (though more are available if needed!) to allow us to tailor the package to fit your vision, colors, style, cake, and meal selections. During these consultations, we’ll discuss your overall vision, you’ll taste your meal and cake choices, and if needed you’ll meet the DJ, photographer, florist, bartender and lead coordinator for your wedding day.
This package includes the cost of:
Bartender, beer and wine for a four hour reception
DJ for ceremony and four hour reception
Rentals
Catering
Cake, cupcakes or desserts
Florals
Photographer (engagement photos, seven hours of wedding day coverage, digital copies of photos)
Hair and makeup (minimum of four, full time services)
Three person Day-of coordination team
Decorate and Disassemble Team
All of your vendors will hired from our preferred vendor list – a group of vendors that we know and trust to do an amazing job! If you have a specific vendor in mind for a certain aspect of your big day, we look forward to working with a new vendor.
